One of the go to spots around Parsippany for Korean food. Place can hold a decent amount of customers and held a party of 10 the last time I was there. The server is ready to take your order and give you water and the side dishes are delicious and included which were kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumbers.

Food: in the picture is the dolsot bibimbap which was delicious with the beef inside and was cooking while sitting there. The egg was a great touch and I was pleased with my filling meal.
I've had the budae jjigae and I would say that was filling as well and the spam and the other ingredients inside was delicious with rice.

Overall: would come back again to try out more of their food. Their kalbi smelled so delicious when someone in the store ordered it. Would try next time.

    Love love this place!
Authentic Korean food. Taste home made
Been coming here for many years and they are always consistent.  If you want to try korean food or want to satisfy your korean food cravings it's a must try place.

Located in a strip mall of restaurants. Not much on decorations.  Seems family owned. Typical Korean fare. We ordered two dishes, the pork bulgogi and seafood/beef tofu soup. The bulgogi is good and you get a generous portion and a large bowl of rice for the table to share.  The seafood and beef tofu soup was ok but very short on the seafood with only one shrimp and one small clam.  It was overwhelmed but beef.  Service is a bit lacking. They don't really notice you after you food is delivered. Refilling empty glasses of water did not happen even though they brought more rice (after our request).  However, they pleasant and we would return. Should be 3.5 stars.

This was my first experience with Korean BBQ.  All I can say was that my dish was very tasty!  I don't have much to compare to, but the tofu soup with seafood was great.  Flavor was on point and portions will leave you satisfied.  Highly recommend this restaurant!

This place is serious. On a recent visit to the neighborhood I was lucky enough to stumble across this Korean gem!

This is no-frills, serious foodie Korean food-dom that serves quality food with lethal taste. For a late lunch on a weekday this place still had like 4 parties chowing away and I have to say their bibim naengmyun was some serious bowl of cold noodle. Sauce was very special, as the owner kept mentioning. (in fact, i had ordered their jjoo-ggoo-mi bokeum (stir-fried octopus dish and soondooboo, but owner kept mentioning it so I asked for a bowl of the special sauce, and I changed my mind after having a taste) And the quantity for the bibim naengmyun was not skimpy at all! I had the pleasure of pulling in chewy noodles with my mouth long after I would've been done elsewhere.

The jjoo-ggoo-mi bokeum was also to die for. Coated copiously in delicious spicy sauce, these mini octopi danced in my mouth and consequently, in my stomach. Yum! It's spicy so be ware if you're not good with spice!

The soondooboo that ended up being my to-go food due to my switch, ended up being the least impressive. It was just okay... but maybe it's because the other two dishes were too dayam good! I'm so glad I happened to be passing by... wish they were in Pal Park because they'd make a clean sweep of mediocre joints littering Broad Ave.!

Going to Parsippany area? Stop by Hwang Bu Ja!
(If you live there and haven't been... what's wrong with you? =P)
